Help Can't find router

[Android Question]

We just purchased the OTT TV Box. As we go through the connection process the message comes up that it cannot find the router. We have just purchased a new gaming router so that we won't have issues with devices. We have internet because our wifi is working on our phones and computers. What can we do?

Go to your router settings and enable the "Enable SSID Broadcast" setting...

Is it not finding any WiFi or just your own router, and has the WiFi on it just not worked at all? Was it OK before you changed your router to the new gaming one?
