Help Can't find Smart Settings

My V10 is from Verizon. I was looking thru the 40 tips for the V10 here on Phandroid and came across Smart Settings. I can find no such animal. Anyone know how to get to it or did Vz "disappear" it?

VZW More than likely hid it,I have it on my T-Mobile variant.
 
Verizon didn't include the Smart Settings. Only has Smart Cleaning. When I had the G4 and AT&T never found use, really for the Smart Settings. So with Verizon (had AT&T for 2 months) don't miss them at all. :)
 
Thanks. I have alternatives but was wondering what happened to it. I would generally rather use something that exists rather than another app.
