Cant fit SIM card in secondary slot... xx

There are three established sizes for SIM cards, standard, micro, and nano, and you can often get by with a larger SIM and trimming it down accordingly (you can't make it larger, just trim it down smaller.) You do need to observe the proper sizing and dimensions when trimming:

But the easiest way is to just contact your chosen carrier, tell them your phone model, and have a matching SIM card sent to you. Or if your carrier has a retail/service shop nearby, just go there.

You are sure this is a dual-SIM phone? Some phones have a "combi" slot for 1 SIM + 1 SD.

A major advertising trope would be "Dual Sim" if you could use two numbers.
With dual SIM you can have use two numbers, that's the main point in having it.
