Cant get onto phone

Can anyone help?
I have a Galaxy Portal and put a pattern on it so friends couldnt get onto it but friends got hold of phone and attempted to unlock my phone to many times and have basiclly locked my phone unless i put my google account username and password in but me being me has forgotten my username and password does anybody know what to do to get back onto my phone??

youve completely forgotten BOTH your email account and the password for it?........ goto gmail.com and click on the forgot username link..... it will give you some security questions.... which Im sure youve conveniently forgotten also...........or you could just stop on by your local carriers store and show them some ID and they will gladly get you going again.... unless youve lost all your ID as well
