Help Can't get past "clock screen" Huawei P10 Lite

Hello guys, I have a problem with my Huawei P10 Lite.
When I turn it on it seems fine. Like the boot up logo and tune. I can also access the reset screens and everything is fine.
But when the phone has booted up it shows me the time and how many steps i have taken, and I cant access anything. Ive tried using the fingerprint scanner, power button only turns screen on or off. But what is weird is that the clock and the background picture is like moved to the right of the screen and a bit of the left side of the screen is completely black.
Does anyone have an idea what this may be and how to fix it?
Cheers!

Edit: One more detail, the when I try to turn the phone off. It instantly starts booting up again.

This is the screen I get to after the phone has booted up. If I turn if off then it will restart and show the boot logo that is perfectly centered and then it will get to this screen where I can do nothing. What normally would happen is that I would enter my SIM code.

Hi,
I just started having this exact behaviour after changing the screen on a P10.
Did you ever figure out what was causing this and how to fix it?
Thank you.

I'm having the exact same issue. The same bagground saver as OP does and the screen is shifted the same amount. I tried hard-resetting the system, still same problem. I'm suspecting a hardware issue. However it's a P9 Lite. The system is running EMUI.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
