Help Cant get pic messagess on my samsung mega

Hi I got a Samsung mega running through straight talk and for some reason I cant receive picture messages seems it just started here while back its always been ifey but now seems it wont get pics at all it says DOWNLOAD then I click it and it says currently unable to download try again later. This problem seems to be with these phones cause my girl friends got a S4 and it works fine on hers. My buddys got a mega as well and his has the same problem. I don't know if its something to do with the mms apn settings or not but its really annoying that its not working.

usully that has to do with your service provider. They may need t reset yu system. Ive had a mega for months now. Never have problems getting pics. You could try using hangouts.
