Hi everyone! 
Hope you can help.
Long story short need to use the tab as Mass Storage Device so it can be detected by data recovery programs...
GT-P7500, internal storage only. ICS 4.0.4 Not rooted. Stock rom.
Pad was having serious problems, did 2 x backups in Kies(I know
)
Restored to factory defaults. Upon restore all data, pciturs, movies, docs etc missing from backup - only settings were backed up, so I really need to get data recovery working.
I have idone the following:
installed drivers from samsung.
selected usb debugging from development menu.
windows 7 and xp both see the tab but as a media device despite the above and none of the 5 data recovery programs i have tried can see the disc - so Mass storage device mode is not working
