Help Cant get the correct time set? help a newb pls

Ok, i love my samsung and still getting to grips with it and working everything out...
i went to apps - clock - world clock - select london (where i am) and it says its 8:31 when its 12:31. Why is it so wrong? and why cant i manually set it?

or am i missing something here?

Go to Settings-Date and time-set date
Settings-Date and time-select time zone
Settings-Date and time-Set time

That should fix it.
You can then click on Automatic and your time will be set by your service provider.
