cant get the shutdown sound back after upgrading to 2.3.3

Hi

after upgrading my galaxy S GT i9000 to android 2.3.3 the startup and shutdown sound gone

for the startup sound i get it working again by coying the PowerOn.ogg file to system/etc folder

i tried to do the same with the shutdown file by copying shutdown.ogg file to system/media/audio/ui folder but even after that the shutdown sound still not working

Please any help to get the shutdown sound working again
