Hi all
I was using a Xiaomi mi A1 in the UK with Oreo - brilliant phone for the price. Unfortunately I dropped it from a great height in error a couple of weeks ago and killed it stone dead.
I don't really know why but I decided to replace it with a ZTE Nubia z17 Lite so hard now for a couple of weeks. The phone works ok but started crashing and freezing such that I felt it necessary to do a factory data reset.
However the phone now won't move through the set-up process and refuses to boot up or copy data in the Google cloud. So basically the phone doesn't work anymore. The phone was a global edition fully compatible with Google Play etc
Can't you not getting any responses from ZTE or the Chinese retailer where I purchase the phone.
Grateful for any advice on how I can get this phone up and running again. I've attached a picture of the three or four screens that the phone currently recycles around
