Can't hear

Just piece junk Boost try argue with me tell me it was better than the one I wanted.. Another screwed Boost customer
 
Did you try the phone at the store before buying it?
 
I've seen a few posts where you have to enable the included Dolby app and turn the volume levels up there to get it to a decent level. Give that a try. :)
