Help cant install new update

hi, my phone got now the new firmware, vtr-l29c576b170, after i download him, he tell me software install failled get help from http www.emui.com .......
why is that? what can i do? i try several times
 
Is your phone rooted? Are you certain you've downloaded the exact correct EMUI ROM for your particular P10 variant?

no...i called my support and they said that they know about this...and its not just me its everyone and world huawei try to resloved the problem...but beside me and a few more guys...no one have this problem

Is that Huawei support or your carrier support or something? Are you trying to download and flash an update file from https://www.emui.com/ or is this an OTA update on the phone itself?

I've got a Huawei Mate 10 myself(AL00 China variant) with Oreo, and that's been taking OTA updates no problems.

First of all Thank u for trying to help, i didnt download from the site...i just go to the setings of my phone and press update...i have there red circle with the number 1.

I've got a Huaweo Mate 10 myself(AL00 China variant) with Oreo, and that's been taking OTA updates no problems.

Sorry i didnt quote good...see my message up....do u think i need to downlaod it insted go to settings and update from my phone?
