Can't link phone to pc?!

Hello - can anyone help? I cannot link my phone to my laptop. I plug it in and it just isn't recognised!?

Have you installed the Oneplus 3 drivers to your PC?

Download OnePlus 3 USB Drivers & ADB / Fastboot Drivers

My oneplus 3 is also unrecognized by the pc. I have another that connects without an issue. But mine just doesn't get recognized. It is getting power. Charging but no indication of the thing where u select how u want the USB connection to function. As MTP and all that

Forgive me as I am doing this from memory as I no longer have the OP3. Enable, "Developer options", see video.

There should, I believe, be an option for, "Default USB configuration", in those settings. See if that helps.
