Help Cant login to facebook

I cant login to facebook from xperia x10 neither from the sony facebook app or from an alternative as fast facebook. I can login from an alternative phone or straight from the browser. Hangs on the popup 'register'. Anyone?

First make sure the app is up to date\

Open apps and go to Play Store and open it, and then hit the menu button and go to My Apps. Is it up to date?

If it is, you want to clear cache so it redownloads settings.

Back out of everything, and hit the left button and go to Android Settings and go under Apps, Manage Apps, find facebook under all and click into it and clear cache and clear data and force close it

Then back out of all that stuff and try again.
