Help Can't make MOTOBLUR

hi guys what's up?

So as you may have known by now, I have a Motorola CLIQ MB200 phone. I have the 2.1 update on it, which cell world did. This morning, I accidentally reset my phone.... Its a long boring and unimportant story..... Anyways, it was reset and it said to make a motoblur account. When I unlocked my phone at cell world, they made an account for my phone since they upgraded it to 2.1. So I am trying to make an account and it kept on saying no data connectivity. (my carrier doesnt have an android platform so I cant get data but when i first got it I made an account via wifi). I went in the Wi-Fi settings and I noticed it's not detecting any of the Wi-Fi networks, therefore I cant get in my phone....

any suggestions?
 
Do a battery pull while the phone is on if no luck try a factory reset should correct your wifi issues. the hardware is old so you know could be the phone.
