Help cant make or recieve calls

Hi! There was a 2-3 hour service failure at rogers. So my phone stoped texting and making/recieveing phone calls as well as all rogers phones . After that all went to normal. Everybody else use their rogers phones as b4. Except I still can't make or receive phone calls. Data and text work perfectly. What could that be?

So, I figured it out.... after hours of strugling. Was not hard at all. I switched to 2g networks only... and then switched back to lte.. everything works perfectly fine now
