Can't make phone calls

Could you let us know what phone you have?
I moved this to the Android Lounge so more eyes can see it. :)
 
Hi. It's a Note 2 clone. Star I think. Not a good phone but I can't afford otherwise. I was hoping someone could recommend an app that will manage phone numbers as the contacts one on it seems useless.
 
You could try a dialer or contacts app from Google Play (if your phone has that?). I'm not sure if it will let you set a new default app though but you'll only find out by trying.
 
Mr. Number, and there's another one I can't remember at the moment.

Oops, that might not be a dialer. There's ex dialer, and Google dialer I guess.
