Root Cant mount system in twrp

I'm relatively new to rooting and roms. I installed a custom rom for the first time in June. I have switched between a few roms since then. I was about to switch back to AICP from CM 12.1 and I accidentally wiped system. Now I can't mount system and install a rom. How can I fix this? Remember, I'm new to this stuff so explain it to me like I'm a noob, please.

And then reroot and reinstall TWRP and of course reinstall what ever rom you want.
