cant move files from device to external sd. help!

This is about a galaxy tab 3. So ive looked up how to move files from your device to the external sd, however when I go to my files none of the applications or other doenloaded items show. Ive run out of space on this devicr so I really need to transfer it to the external sd. If someone can help I would really appreciate it!

Your best bet is to get a file manager app from the Play Store (I use a free one called File Manager). This will let you trawl through the various folders looking for files or you could use the search facility to locate by file type - videos, particularly if they're HD, take vast amounts of space: might be an idea to start with them.
