can't open my file..

i can't open my 'my file'..when ever i click on my file it show unfortunately my files has been stop...please tell me how to fix this...

The "My Files" app? I've had this problem before. Just force stop the Download Manager

Make sure the file you're trying to open can be formatted through your stock file manager. If it can not be opened with the device file manager, You may have to download an app to open those particular files like Doc, exe, XML,DO Etc.
