Help Can't ping computer from phone or vice versa

So I'm trying to set up Unified Remote Server and I can't get my phone to detect my computer. The support section says to try pinging the computer from the phone, but it returns unreachable. I tried pinging my phone from my computer to see if that worked, but it's the same response. I have Windows Firewall disabled and both devices can ping the router just fine, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. Any help would be appreciated.

If the router has a built in Firewall it can cause a problem with receiving pings.
