Help can't play music and videos

I can't play some of my downloaded music and videos.i don't know whether my phone is attack by virus or the fault is from the SD card
 
What happens when you try to play the media? Does it give any error messages? What sort of app are you using to play?

Do you have a card reader so you can try reading the media via your PC?
 
I have tried a lot of video players and they give me the same response sorry can't play video.and also my received images get corrupted
 
Do you know if your SD card is good or not? If you're storing pictures, videos and music and they're not playing from it. If it's an old one, could be a sign it's gone bad, or if it's new, where did you buy it, as there's a lot of counterfeits around. To prove the integrity of your SD, see if you can store and play stuff like music using your PC, in addition to the phone.

Youtube downloads we can't help with at all, because that's copyright infringement and breach of ToS.
 
Check whether the players are up to date or older version. If it is expired means update. Then check your SD card. If file is there, move to an another place and try to open. Still not opening means switch off the device and remove the SD card and re insert and switch on. Still not playing means, indicate the error what you get
 
The other possible issue is that you do not have the codecs installed needed to play the video files so you should convert these to a format compatible with your phone
