Help Can't print

Must use (Printer Share) to print. All of the printers settings seem to be ok. I can print from the ipad and the Mac but not the note4. I usually print emails. Thanks.

Hi, try using cloud print, if this works you will know the problem is with Print Share. Phil

Installed cloud print. I can only print attachments. I still cant print an email without an attachment

Hi, I'm afraid I have no idea why it is so selective in what it prints, I hope someone will be able to help, have you tried googling it, maybe an answer on there. Phil

Is there a way to add Printer Share to the drop down menu on gmail to allow me to select the only App that actually works. Now the print option does nothing. Don't know why that option cant find a printer via Wi-Fi since it is installed and all of the printer settings on my phone are directed to my Epson printer.
