can't purchase app from play store

tried to purchase logitech harmony link app but get message "this item cannot be installed into your device's country" does anyone have a work around.

Hey there wxcooper, welcome to the forums!

I really don't think there is a work around yet...however, you could try rooting your phone, or finding an APK to download and put directly on your phone to see if that will work.

there was an app that i used a while ago to unlock carrier restrictions and location restriction. i cant remember the name im gonna do some searching and see if i can find it.
