Can't put media on galaxy

Hey all,

I'm a relatively new owner of a Galaxy Nexus. At first, I was having no issues plugging in my phone into the computer and dragging pictures or videos out onto my computer.

But now, whenever I plug it in, I get the usually pop up from windows. But when I click on the Nexus, it just pops up to a blank folder. No folders or anything, just a white blank folder. It used to list all the folders of my phone, including Pictures and Videos.

Any ideas?

This happens sometimes when accessing the internal memory of my Tab, but that's just because its almost full and it takes some time for complete access.

Yes there is a much easier way. Although, New samsung created it a little less practical. But is still very simple.
