Hey,
I'm hoping I'm in the right category of the forum for this question.
I'm hoping I don't need to do a factory reset...
Today, my phone shut off (possibly while it was updating some apps... I was away from the phone for a few minutes). When I turned it back on, my Google+ shortcut on the desktop had changed icons from the Google+ icon to the gear and paper (like system apps in the App Manager). When I clicked it, it said that the program no longer existed.
I went to the Market to reinstall. No luck there. I received a "Package file is invalid" error.
I went into the App Manager and found a file that was named com.google.android.plus..... or something like that. It's the app data for Google+, I think. I click on it, and App Manager crashes and I have to force close.
Any ideas?
