Help Can't receive any update higher than 5.0.2

s5 update not received

Hi I'm writing because I know it's old but I've just got the galaxy s5 I love it but it says online that with the new update just released s5 can get it yet I gave not received it or the 6.0.1 update it says all updates have been installed when I go on software update please tell me how I can fix this

Also my phone is on o2 uk (I posted this)
 
Odin is the flash tool used on Samsung devices.
It's PC software.
Create a free account at Sammobile. Free download is slow but best place for stock firmware.
Instructions for flashing will be at the bottom of download page.

I did go on website but there is no update for O2 on UK
 
There is a free app at the Play Store, Sammobile Device info.
Post a screen shot of Product and CSC codes, also current firmware. Don't post any IMEI info.
If a current 6.0 firmware is available matching your codes, you can install it.

OK, with your Product and CSC, current firmware released for your device is 5.02
If you had multi CSC you might be able to flash a different regions firmware. Since yours is EVR UK, I don't think you have a option. Maybe @ironass can tell if you have other options, he has a lot more experience with international versions

Your Product Code shows you have the Galaxy S5 Plus, G901F, model on carrier branded firmware for the U.K. EE network. EE is the only U.K. network to sell this model and you are already on the latest current release for them, Android 5.0.2.

If you want to flash another country's firmware, you will void your warranty and not be able to update OTA or via Samsung Smart Switch in future.

If this is not an issue for you then you could flash the Nordic Countries unbranded firmware for Marshmallow, Android 6.0.1, by using the download link below and following the instructions and video contained in the links of #1.11 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide.
