Root Cant receive incoming message!

Ma Galaxy 3 doesnt receive any messages
....
Whenever a msg is send 2 ma no., everytime it shows
"Message memory full.... Incoming message rejected due to full memory. Please delete old messages..."
infact no msg is saved in phone memory, all of dem r in sim memory. Still den i cant receive any msg! !

NEED HELP FOR SURE!

Same! Ive tried restart but it wont work. Still the same huhu
