cant receive text message from one friend

Cant receive text from one friend. I can send her a text but her return text does not go thtough.

This could be a carrier issue. I've had issues in the past where I was unable to send texts (Verizon) to any iPhones (AT&T). Some of them would go through, some wouldn't.
I'd recommend restarting your phone and also contacting your provider. There could be an issue on their end as well.
