Cant receive videos

I have the Huawei Ascend and the problem im having Is I cant receive any videos.
When someone sends me a video i get the same message everytime.

(the video file videompeg_2.mpg was deleted)

please help.

I sent my cousin a video of her baby playing in a message and like 30min later i went to make sure the video sent and it still had the envelope with the arrow that lets you know its sending..my cousin never got it. I sent it just using the metro network and the video was only 14seconds so i don't know why it didn't send....any input would appreciated thanks!

Again, text or email? How big is the video? What phone do you have and your friend?

Text message would've said email but sorry for not specifying. The video is 712kb and i have metropcs Huawei Ascend and my cousin has an iphone i believe....also i sent the same video to my other cousin and she has cricket but no idea what phone she has but i know she can send and receive video messages.

try emailing, some carriers/phones cant accept videos over text.
