Can't remember the name of the app

I was in Best Buy preordering my EVO and was playing around with the Droid Incredible. I saw an app on there that when you ran it had an avatar with a list of stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc above it. You could scroll through it by spinning the list.

Has anyone seen this app or have it installed? If so what is the name of it?
