Can't root dell Venue 8 3840

Hi everyone,

I bought this tablet, it was more or less affordable but it is unusable, very slow and crashes all the time so I want to root it and freeze all these useless apps consuming RAM.

The problem is that unlike my phones, this tablet has been very stubborn. I tried myKit batch and it doesn't work, the computer (I tried windows XP and windows 8.1) give me a driver failure when I install the drivers for the tablet.

Anyone knows another method?

OK real quik im no tech but I had what sounds like the exact problem best place on the planet for info is xda BUT sometimes the more you try to follow the "instructions"the more lost you get anyway if you still need the help email me frankdazed@gmail.com if you can type and you have at least xp os I guarantee it .....DV8TED
