Root cant root L70

This post is really nothing to help you with. What verson of the L70? What firmware? 10b? 10c? I'll come back later to help once you post some more information... Or else I cannot really help you with anything.

But since I'm guessing you updated to 10c. Here's how to downgrade it from 10c to 10b (THIS REQUIRES A FACTORY RESET):

If you really don't wanna risk harming your phone. My friend used this tool to downgrade to B firmware.

You need to root your phone on B firmware to root.
