Help Can't save gmail attachments to internal storage; ?

I wanted to transfer a picture from my PC to my xperia z3; I opened the gmail on my phone and was not given the option to save it to my internal drive. What's Up?

Press the 3 dots on the right hand side of the attachment where you will get option to save

I only get save to Drive (Google). Save, save as are greyed out.
