So, when my screen is off and I receive text messages, I can hear the notification sound and it brings me instantly to the lockscreen (and so, I can see the visual notification). It doesn't happen with mails, either from Samsung's Email app notification nor Gmail (I have the sound notification, but it doesn't bring me to the lock screen, and therefore can't see a preview of the mail without having to press the power button). Why is that? Can I make it so that email notifications also bring me to the lock screen when the phone's screen is off?
Also, is there a way to get the Gmail icon to show badges with uncounted emails?
