can't see pics & songs after updating to jellybean

I can't seeing pics and songs after updating to jellybean software. but the files are in the internal memory.How can i access these files...pls help me.

Does your gallery app have an option in settings to add and remove folders? If so, add the folders where the photos are stored.

Alternatively, try clearing the data for the music and gallery apps by going to your phone settings > Apps

Make sure your photos and music are backed up to your computer first though, just in case you lose them. This seems to be a known issue with the Xperia range and many have reported that clearing the data and cache for the apps works.
