Help Can't select my provider (Mobistar Belgium)

I recently bought a Huawei Ideos U8150, via IBOOD.COM. Yesterdag I received my divice and I can say I love it.

All seem to work perfectly, I entered all the nececary data from my provider (Mobistar Belgium) an the MMS en internet seemed to be ok.

After a while I noticed that the provider on the home screen was
 
Problem solved ... France Telecom is in the same telecomgroup as mobistar, the phone is calling through mobistar but is just showing France Telecom ... (probably French software ..)

the answer is simpeler then I thought ...

So no problem ...

Glad that worked out, with no real problem in the end. I read your post yesterday and wondered if it might be something like that, but what do I know.

Here we are on "2 Degrees" but as I drove across the country I noted that coverage sometimes switched to the Vodaphone network, then back again...

In Belgium the coverage is excelent (tiny little country), so no problem there ... Today I read in the newspaper that France Telecom is the owner of Mobistar. They are selling a few small country operators, but want to keep Mobistar, because it is profitable.

Spent all last week on vacation (camping with lots of childrens animation), there I had lots of time to look at, play with and test my phone. That first week I loved my Huawei and love the android interface ... this is my first real smartphone and I guess it won't be my last ...

Hi all,
As I've received my new u8510, I can confirm it. The phone sees 'France Telecom' in place of Mobistar.
Someone can help me to know if my Huawei is connected on French or belgian Network ???
I live in belgium but nearly France, and I would like to protect me agains some hight roaming charges

hello,can some one please help me, whenever i receive text messages like only three of them, i get a message that text message memory full,yet i don't have any messages on my sim card,can someone please help me maybe tell me on how to put them on sd card or any solution.
i will be very grateful
