can't send email

I can't send email. I use live.com. I can receive them and until 3 days ago, I could send an email. Any suggestions on how to fix?
 
Has live.com made any changes to their site recently? I seem to remember them converting to be compatible with Office365 and having issues. I'd contact them as well.
