Phone won't send or receive pictures now, have an app message that continues to pop up but not long enough to read it, and screen doesn't go into sleep mode now.

Is this via MMS, or bluetooth, or WiFi?
If it's MMS, the Access Point Names (APN) settings in your mobile network settings would be worth checking. You can get the correct settings from your carrier - they are probably on their website (a web search should find them).
Otherwise, can you post again and explain the problem in more detail, i.e. tell us exactly how you are trying to send pictures?
