Can't send premium sms

Can't send premium sms .when i gote the app maneger and the go to the special access the premium sms.its told me no apps install for premium sms

As far as I know you don't need a specific app to be able to send premium SMS. You may find you need to switch an option on to be able to send them and you may also find that either the default dialer or your carrier has this feature blocked by default.

So firstly check your default dialer settings and then maybe a quick call to your carrier to see if these are blocked or that you can enable them in your account.

Try going into the settings page of your phone, then apps, now find your default SMS/txt app and select it and look for a setting that allows premium SMS.

If there are no options on your phone to enable these types of messages then contact your carrier to enable premium rate texts.

Yes, contact the service provider whose sim you are using. The company who your account is with. Some companies block premium texts by default, in which case they would need to enable them for your account (not a setting on your phone but in their systems).

Is premium rate SMS offered by carriers in India? Not all countries and carriers have premium rate services. What are you actually trying to do?
"go to the special access the premium sms"?? What's that about? I've never heard of this.

Usually premium rate SMS is used with a specific code you send for the particular service you want to pay for, or it's sometimes used for in-app payments with DCB(Direct Carrier Billing).
