. Can't send sms, picture texts

My phone carrier is pure talk. I can't send or receive sms. When I send it says qued forever, and when I receive, I hit download but it never does. So I have to send all pictures and videos through messenger. Is there a way to put a setting in like an APN or something??
 
Just to be clear, you can't send or receive message with pictures or videos only? or you can't send and receive ANY text messages?

If it's just with pictures and videos, then it might be APN settings, or it might be a file size limit. If even the tiniest images don't attach to a text message, then check with Pure Talk to find the right APN settings for your phone.

It's just pictures and videos. I had to just reset APN for my 4G. I finally got that working. I checked to see if anything was with the APN, I didn't see anything, I will check the size limit. Thank you
