I recently bought a refurbished Galaxy S7, and I have 2 annoying issues. My carrier is Verizon Prepaid. First, I can't send Snaps unless I'm connected to Wifi. If there is a setting I haven't found, please let me know.
Next, I only receive notifications from Gmail some of the time. I haven't turned off any notifications, and my account is set to sync.
I did a factory reset on the phone, but it didn't change anything. The software version is Android 7.0. If anyone has a clue as to what's going on, please let me know.
