can't sign in to Google

whenever I try to sign into my Google account it tells me that my device is not provisioned and will not let me sign in. Therefore I am under great stress and need assistance.
 
Who's your carrier? Provisioning is done through the SIM card. They either set you up incorrectly, your phone is SIM locked or your SIM went bad.
 
Sign into google using a wifi point.

... The error message about provisioning is nothing to do with google (or their accounts), thats for your sim card, so you'll need to talk to your carrier for that one.

okay thank you for the help I really do appreciate it. I guess I'm going to take that up with my carrier right now. I will post and let everyone know how it goes
