cant stop a down load, suspect its avirus

The application is just downloading, eating all my data. When I switch off the phone, it just comes back, its now four moths that I experience this.

Please help

Welcome to Android Forums!

Phone model and OS version number are the most important questions that need answered so that we may help. Worse case you factory reset but that may be avoided if we know a little more about the problem
