Help Can't take screenshot due to picture folder missing

[Android Question]

Yesterday I trying to take a screenshot it say
Can't take screenshot due to limited storage or the app doesn't allow it I have 13 gb
I wiped the cache in recovery still doesn't fix
I checked my device with es file explorer my whole picture (include screenshot) disappear HELP plz
I want to make new picture folder and redirect screenshot to save I that new folder
My picture is still showing in Google picture
But the folder is missing I don't know why

You may have unintentionally cleared device copies after you backed them up on Google Photos.
