Can't take screenshot due to security policy

Trying to take a screenshot of my notifications and am getting the error message, "Can't take screenshot due to security policy." First time I've seen this... curious if anyone else has seen this?

What app are you taking a screenshot of? I think I have a permission like that for Thenticate, the app I use for 2FA.

Here is the exact notification I get (I get a toast notification too, but I can't screenshot that becuase it is on top of the app I restricted screenshots of )
