Cant text on s3

Hi all,

My husband is currently having a bit of a problem with his s3 he cant call and go on the internet along with all the other features on the phone working correctly but he cant text. The text just wont send. Im wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and how they fixed it?

He has tried wiping up but that never worked thanks anyway

I wouldn't wipe the phone until you call customer service first or visit a store. Could be a bad Sim, phone might not have fully activated?
