Root Cant turn on my device, help please

I just rooted my galaxy, after that, i downloaded titanium backup and tried to delete skype permanently( ignoring some anoying warnings). My device should restart twice and be good to go, however it restarted a couple of times and didnt turn on again. I tried to do it manually, but it didnt word, the only thing that I can do now is put it in download mode, anyone know what can i do without losing my files(intalling the original rom)?

Trying resetting it to factory will loose all files?
