Help cant type otp

I am having a problem that i cant type one time password in the provided field when i try to make online payment through the apps . I have tried same in the browser and re install the apps but couldn't type. Please help me out.

You don't say what app it is, so it's hard for anyone to do much. So the problem is that in input box doesn't work and won't allow you to enter anything?

If you don't have a problem generally it sounds like a fault in the app, in which case you should contact the developer. Tell them what device and software version you are using, as they'll need that if it's an incompatibility with a specific phone.
