Can't type password to open Moto G10 phone

I'm not too PC savvy, so please be patient & GENTLE with me, and VERY clear & specific with the replies!! It started with me trying to change the keyboard style when emailing by going into Settings. Then rebooting. Now I can't even type my password to access my phone.
When I turn the phone on, the first image appears, I scroll up and the second image appears requiring the password. That's as far as it lets me go! " HELP "

Your photos are way too small to see clearly.

You most likely disabled your keyboard.
One of those screens should get you into language and input, where you can enable the keyboard again
